Your audience is very important when you may think about designing a site . You will have to think primarily towards what your typical user wants from the site and how you will accomodate their needs, also what is important is the average type of computer user you will have , do you design your site with flash animation and will your typical user have the Adobe Flash Plugin. What kind of resolution do you design for and the size of monitors , like for example if you are designing for a audience of graphic designers or a hi-tech corporation you may design for a larger screen size and have flash animation added . Knowing your audience is crucial to the success of your business . Finding a niche in a market will benifit you alot . A niche could be that you only design for a range furniture stores or cafes, you may design for a community chain of cafes that already all have a connection together , and you may find yourself in with this network.
