Documentation:Documentation is very important regards web development. In order for the web team to fully understand what needs to be accomplished notes and documents to this effect should be taken by the web development team from the customer. The more detailed the objectives are the less constraints and misunderstanding happens , when a customer expresses the need for extra requirements to their site this is fine as extra expences will be added but if the requirement is based upon not having a detailed proper plan in practice leads to bad communication between the customer and the web development team.Written contracts between the customer and the team is required so that the project does not have alot of scope creep , scope creep is when extra jobs are requested , which leads to taking longer for the main project to finish.
