CSS: Check out W3C for online resources for CSS , if you want to try add styles to your web pages ,look at W3C tutorials, the first thing you should do when you are trying to add a stylesheet to your web page is to link the style sheet to your HTML page this can be done easy in Dreamweaver, look at the top right hand side of the dreamweaver interface when you have a HTML page open, click CSS and look for a link icon , click this icon and it will ask you to browse for a CSS document to link with, preferably you allready have a CSS style sheet already opened or a blank one saved. When you have this done it is now time to add styles to your web page, a good easy style to add would be adding styles to your hyperlinks , in your CSS style sheet type a {color:red} , test your web page out your browser and see the results
